Bob Otto came to the Circle of Care in 2005 to be our adult education coordinator. He brought with him a combination of unparalleled energy combined with an unparalleled love for people. His enthusiasm to serve motivated and challenged all who knew him to become better people. Bob passed away on March 10, 2008. He will be missed more than can be described with words. Bob lived his life to be in a better place. He is enjoying his reward while we continue his legacy of serving others.
